Dear Sir;
My neighbor has started building a single-family resident on
I ask for open records on his permit. When I received copies of his permit it was clear to see, that he was building a commercial property on land deem by deed restrictions as property to be used for single-family dwellings only.
I wrote him a letter explaining that commercial properties are against the
restrictions. Also pointing out that falsifying a document to
He wrote back that this was okay because it would be used for personal use
only. So, he did not have to abide by
the restrictions and it was not illegal to list his property as a single family
dwelling when in reality it is a commercial site.
Since you or the legal authority can you please tell me what the is truth here?
Can anyone falsify an application for a building permit with Transportation and
Natural Resources of Travis County?
