Thomas and Patricia Sigg,
Dear Thomas and Patricia Sigg,
This letter is to inform you that NO we do not want a bar next door to our
home. Most people moved into this neighborhood because it is rural and quite
and safe for our children to play in. They can ride their bikes up and down the
dirt roads without worry of being ran over by some drunk. Or having some child
predator attempt to grab them off the street or out of their own yard.
You have purchased a property which has deed restrictions, that do not allow
for commercial or retail business within this residential neighborhood. Just
like we did when purchasing our home you had to sign a document to comply with
those restrictions. Please adhere to your word sir and madam.
I plan on pursuing having your entire trailer removed from the neighborhood. I
plan on fighting you every step of the way.
The septic system will have to be replaced as it was set for a single family
dwelling not a public facility.
You lied about the address your trailer is on Ullman Drive NOT STORM. The deed restrictions
tell us that in a situation where the property is on a corner such as yours is.
The main side of the property is where the widest side of your lot is. Making
this an
I believe that you may be adding a bar that is too close to not one school
zones but two. I will continue in my pursue to find other violations and will
bring those to the proper authorities attention.
Then when I finish blocking your way I will sue you for the time and money I
spent fighting over it. Plus the value loss for my property, should you open up
this business in this residential neighborhood.
At this time there are several lawsuits in this area about the same issues. The legal precedent has been set that the deed restrictions are binding. Your worth one half million dollars on the county tax rolls and you will be hearing from my attorney soon.
I did not work hard my whole life to
purchase my property to have you destroy my dreams in less than one year from
my purchase.
