Dear Sir,
My name is David Griffin, I am writing to you about the concerns I have with
your building and the noise that it generates.
As you may know, our neighbor Mr. Sigg, recently applied for an alcohol license
and had plans to turn the trailer next door to me into a bar. Lawyers where
hired thousand of dollars where spent, now Mr. Sigg, has decided that obeying
the deed restrictions was much cheaper than trying to operate a business with
the neighbors against them.
I took this action because my property would be decreased in it value. Although
the improvement to the roads and the other properties has increased my tax
value. But, due to the fact that they are commercial in a residential area, it
hurts me and the other homeowners in the neighborhood.
This brings me to you. You have placed a large commercial building on a lot
designated for multi-family dwellings, according to the current deed
restrictions. In my research I have found no evidence that these deed restrictions
have been changed. I also have found no record of permits issued for the road
construction, your drive way or your building?
I have discovered that you like to hide under many different names and
corporations. But, a quick visit to the secretary of states office and a few
phone calls I have found out who all the players are and I know the corporate
shield is not as strong as it use to be and you will be held personality libel
for the damage that your reckless acts have cost me and my neighbors.
These acts are:
1 - The noise pollution has gone up with your shop noise telephone ringing and
intercom and load speaker use.
2 - The amount of traffic and the speed on
3 - The new road and your building have changed the coarse of the water flow and have caused tremendous damage to my driveway. This water damage is directly linked back to your development.
4 - The commercial building does not meet the deed restrictions for the amount of masonry and rock around the building.
5 - The deed restriction indicate a multi-family dwelling use for the property you purchased and you have put a light manufacturing in the wrong zone.
The reason we are writing this letter is to see if we can work this out between
us before the lawyers get involved. You can trust me on this one issue, this
will not simply go away and lawyers will be involved if necessary. These are
just a few of the problems you have caused the area and I am sure that my
attorney will find many more.
