David P. Griffin - Founder - David has over 25 years experience at running a broadcast production company. For many years he had dealings with the U.S. Coast Guard, and the off-shore oil industry. David has been involved in several official operations.

As well as many years of just hanging out at the lake. Taking the knowledge from both operating his own business and the years of hands on experience on the water then combining the two to form Austin Boat Towing.

After 20 years of running my own business. I was hired by a dot.com company. After working for one year I began to realized that corporate American was just as horrible as I ever imagine it to be.

Ronda Griffin - Dispatcher/Bookkeeper with many years as office managers, customer service, accounting and general bookkeeping. While running a video rental and teleprompting business. She has worked with Law Firms and non-profit organizations. Giving her a well rounded business education.

Ronda understands boating and lakes, as a small child growing up in the Dallas, Ft, Worth, area, she spent all weekends every summer on the lake with friends and family. Helping her father teach skiing and boating.

Boat Operator - Two contract personnel.

Ideally we would like to find someone between 35-45 who has a good business background. Owns a boat or home on the lake. Then there is always the possibility of hiring college students.
